4 of the Best Venues in O.C. for Your Special Event
We have previously shared an article about the best venues for an Orange County wedding, but what about venues for other major events like milestone birthdays, baby showers, or other religious or cultural-related events? Then, you’re certainly in luck because there is no shortage of absolutely beautiful venues anywhere within O.C. If you’re planning some especially important things to do in Orange County this summer, then please check out some of our recommendations for venues.
The Hacienda (Santa Ana)
The Hacienda is a popular destination for bridal showers, Quinceañeras, and Bar & Bat Mitzvahs. It was built in the early 1900s as a ranch where plentiful crops were harvested. If you want an outdoor venue with a genuinely relaxed feel to it, then The Hacienda just may be the place for you!
“The Hacienda is a WONDERFUL venue for an event. We had over 100 people and they didn’t even bat an eye. Service was super. The food was very good. Everyone had drinks. The site is stunning. Frankly, they just make everything easy for you. And the prices are very reasonable. I’m a fan!” – Nina R., La Cañada Flintridge
The Fifth (Anaheim)
If you’re big on food, then you will definitely want to check out The Fifth. The food there is to die for! From the chorizo mac to the ahi poke tacos, you’ll find yourself craving seconds! The staff will even give you a blanket if you get cold at night!
“My husband and I recently had our wedding reception party at the Fifth and wanted to leave a review to share what a wonderful experience we had here. First I have to say Madison and McKayla were our event coordinators and they did an amazing job from start to end to make sure we had all the details and timelines we needed to make our party a success. We asked them so many questions and they always got back to us promptly and kindly. Everyone at the Fifth was so nice and helpful throughout the planning process and very easy to communicate with.” – Emily W., Yucaipa
Pelican Courtyard (Newport Beach)
Want to visit one of Orange County’s hidden gems? Come on over to Pelican Courtyard! You will surely enjoy the carefree atmosphere that Newport Beach is known for. Even if you are not planning specific things to do in Orange County right now, you can sign up for one of the workshops, including lessons on how to print-block or play the ukulele.
“This is such a beautiful spot for any event. I had my bridal shower here and it was absolutely amazing!! Kathy is so amazing and totally works with you. I was able to extend my bridal shower an hour late during the event and add an extra umbrella. She is the greatest. The place is so gorgeous it doesn’t need much decoration but we still added a lot and it was so beautiful!” – Taylor H., Encino
Wilcox Manor (Tustin)
We dare you not to feel like royalty at the Wilcox Manner! This place is especially perfect if you are a history buff because there are plenty of historical photos displayed throughout the house. You can even take a virtual tour directly on their website.
“Incredible venue and Lindburgh did such an amazing job for our wedding! I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend our special day. Thank you so much Lindburgh and Wilcox Manor! You are THE BEST!” – E.L., Anaheim
