Add the Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch to Your List of Things to Do This Fall!
A fall tradition for many is visiting a pumpkin patch. Whether it be to pick up some pumpkins for carving, posing with the orange fruits for Instagram, or just basking in the autumn ambience, visiting a pumpkin patch is a solid sign that the fall season is in full swing. We have the perfect fall event if you’re looking for things to do in Orange County this year.
Located near several Irvine car dealerships, Irvine Park Railroad has been a staple for many Southern California residents. With everything going on in the world, many have questioned if the Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch would be happening this year.
We have great news-it is! While the experience may be a little different this time around, regardless, the park is providing some Halloween spirit into our lives in 2020! Similar to other experiences that have been presented throughout the year so far, the park will be modifying the event to ensure the safety of visitors and staff.
Families will be sectioned off in order to control the maximum capacity in the patch. As one group leaves, another one will be allowed to enter. In order to purchase a pumpkin, visitors will have several options that a staff member can show from behind the counter.
In addition to the hay wagon ride and train, there will be a few open game booths that will be sanitized after every visitor’s use. There will also be many decorated photo areas to get that perfect shot with the family!
The Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch is open from October 1 until October 31. Weekday hours are 10-5 every day and weekend hours are 9-6. Here is some important information to note:
