Fun Things to Do in Orange County – Wreck-It Ralph Showing
Looking for family-friendly things to do in Orange County? Movie theatres may not be open yet but you can still enjoy a fun, cinematic experience at a drive-in! On Sunday, March 7th, Starlite Movies will be showing Wreck-It Ralph at the Westminster Mall. Enjoy this Disney classic that follows arcade game villain Ralph on his journey to becoming a hero.
This movie will be projected on the largest outdoor inflatable screen in Southern California with a high-definition FM transmitter. Bring the kids and settle in for a night of fun from the comfort of your own vehicle. Starlite Movie staff ask that you follow COVID-19 precautions by keeping a distance of 6-feet from other households and wearing a mask when outside your vehicle. The lot will open up at 4 pm for ticket-holders to park their car and showtime begins at 6 pm. For this event, tickets must be purchased online. Tickets admit one vehicle and will be scanned from the car window upon entering the venue. Passengers must not exceed the number of seats and seat belts in the vehicle. If you don’t have an FM radio in your car, then you should bring a battery-operated stereo to tune in to the movie. Handheld radios will not be provided at the event, so be sure to bring your own if you need them.
Passengers may view the movie from the comfort of their vehicle or the back of a truck bed. There will be an available concessions stand that accepts cashless pay (all major debit and credit cards) as well as food and beverage options at the Westminster Mall.
Parking spaces may not be reserved in advance. Drive-in staff will direct each vehicle to an appropriate parking space upon arrival. If you have a larger vehicle or plan on watching the movie from a truck bed, then consider arriving as early as possible. Parking spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are meeting another party in a separate vehicle and want to park next to each other, then make sure to arrive around the same time and follow one another into the venue. You can then make a request to park next to each other if it is convenient. Parking staff will do their best to accommodate your wishes.
Buses, campers, and RVs are prohibited at this event. Hatchbacks that extend over the top of the car’s roof must stay closed. Drive-in staff will be wearing protective gear such as masks and gloves as required by the CDC. All vehicles are subject to search.
Absolutely no drugs or alcohol are allowed at this event. Animals should be left at home unless they are service animals.
