Here Are Some Events Coming Your Way in Orange County Over the Next Few Weeks

This spring, get out there and enjoy some Orange County events. Whether you want to celebrate the planet, get yourself some new artwork to decorate your home or enjoy some traditional ethnic food, it’s all waiting for you in the OC.

Glitterfest

We start with Glitterfest, which takes place in Fullerton on March the 31st at the Spring Field Banquet and Conference Center. Glitterfest is a place for those who love art and the process of creation above all else. You can have a chance to see and purchase fanciful paper products, homemade dolls, sculpture, jewelry, and much more. The vendors here like to make a sale, but they also love to talk about their creative process. When you purchase something from them, you know that you are supporting the local community, but you also know that you are buying something that is truly one of a kind.

Bockbierfest

If a libation to wet your whistle is more to your liking, then it’s Bockbierfest for you, an authentic German event in the OC. Bockbierfest will take place in Anaheim on one of the Saturdays in March, though the date has not yet been announced. Stop by their website, and it should be posted soon. It happens at the Phoenix Club in Anaheim, and you’re not going to get a more traditional taste of Germany than this. You can try many different brews straight from the tap, and you can talk to local crafters about their ever-evolving techniques. That’s in addition to some classic German fare, live music, and folk dancing.

Arbor Day Celebration

The Arbor Day Celebration is taking place in Fullerton at Hillcrest Park, and like Bockbierfest, the date is soon to be announced. Fullerton Beautiful hosts this event, where you can learn about things you can do to help protect the planet in the face of global warming. You can plant a tree in Hillcrest Park, so bring shovels, buckets, and sturdy shoes. It’s great to talk about ways that you can reduce your carbon footprint, but this is your chance to be proactive about helping the environment while meeting some of your neighbors.

These Orange County events demonstrate all that this part of the country has to offer, and you should have a fabulous time. This blog comes your way from the good people at Toyota of Orange, bringing you reliable Orange County used cars.
