June 2021 Orange County Events to Check Out- FV Summerfest

Summer is almost here! And what’s a better way to celebrate than with FV Summerfest? FV Summerfest is an annual festival put on Orange County’s very own Fountain Valley to have fun and ring in the best part of the year. From rides, live entertainment, food, fireworks, and more, FV Summerfest is one of the hottest Orange County events this June to attend with the whole family. Interested in checking it out? Carnival

Everybody knows that no festival is complete without a carnival! That’s why at FV Summerfest, you’ll find plenty of family-friendly games and rides to enjoy. Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie looking to take a spin on a coaster, or you’re in the mood to play some games for an adorable teddy bear, FV Summerfest has something for everyone! They even have the classic Ferris wheel, so you can catch some amazing views of the festival from up top. 

Live Entertainment 

FV Summerfest has an incredible lineup of entertainers that are ready to put on their best shows yet. With two stages on the festival grounds, you’ll almost always be sure to find some amazing live entertainment. Some of their incredible acts include a magician, cover bands and original musicians, performance troupes, cheerleaders, folk dancers, and much more. On Saturday, you can even catch a special fireworks show from 8:45 pm to 9 pm!

Food

Too much fun got you feeling hungry? FV Summerfest has you covered. On the festival grounds, you’ll find a big food court with tons of food options, like hot dogs, corn on the cob, nachos, pizza, pretzels, and street tacos. There’s even a Beer Garden to help you cool off from the summer sun. But you better save room for dessert! There’ll also be a big selection of mouth-watering classic carnival sweets, like funnel cakes, fried Oreos, cookies, snow cones, and more! 

What’s even better is that the food booths at this event are all run by Fountain Valley nonprofits that work to help serve local residents. So, by purchasing from these booths, not only are you getting to enjoy some delicious treats, but you’re also helping to fund these groups and better the Fountain Valley community. Orange County events like this truly are a win-win for everyone!

Admission: 

Tickets to FV Summerfest are on sale for $5 on their website and are required for all visitors ages 5 and up. Because of occupancy limits, it’s best to purchase your tickets ahead of time to ensure your admission into the festival. However, walk-up tickets may also be sold the day of the event if occupancy limits have not been reached.

Parking: 

FV Summerfest has plenty of parking lots around the festival grounds. Most of these lots are general and free to use. However, there are also VIP lots located closer to the entrance that cost $10 to park in.
