La Quinta 2020 Art Festival
La Quinta Art Festival is one of the awaited Orange County events that artists all around the world are looking forward to every year. They are privileged and excited to host the 220 world-class juried artists from all over the nation and overseas, displaying their fine art and craft in 12 media categories including Painting, Jewelry, Photography, Glass, Ceramics, Sculpture, Wood, Fiber and Mixed Media. The invited artists, who were chosen through a strenuous jury process, are coming to exhibit their unique and special creations at the beautiful outdoor gallery of La Quinta Civic Center.
The La Quinta Art Celebration
In a city famous for its ongoing dedication to the arts, La Quinta has entertained an annual art event deserving of national recognition since 1982. That custom remains with a new mark art event making its debut on March 5-8, 2020 at the remarkable La Quinta Civic Center Campus.
La Quinta strongly supports the primary goal of this new event to develop the great tradition and importance of the past and to create a four-day annual community celebration of the arts that will be a source of community pride now and in the future.
When all of a sudden, challenged with the possibility of not being the host city to its same name of the arts festival, the City of La Quinta immediately urged to gain a new sponsor for an important art event in March 2020. Through a thorough choosing process, the City Council unitedly supported the selection of Paul Anderson/SCOPE Events, LLC, identifying his previous work shown achievement in the Bay Area arts festival scene.
SCOPE Events, LLC now unites the expertise of CEO Anderson, previous managing director of Sausalito Art Festival, and Kathleen (Kat) Hughes, who worked as an event manager of the profoundly respected La Quinta Arts Festival for 16 years. Their previous experience will introduce a new example of excellence, quality, and change.
La Quinta Art Celebration is ready to make the succeeding number one show on the Coachella Valley and Southern California art scenes. They are getting on a brand-new look and entertainment feeling providing its clients two Champagne Bars to toast the new event. A gourmet food area, luxurious winery line emphasizing the favorites from Sonoma, San Luis Obispo, Napa counties, a bar for Margarita’s at the lakeside on the island, and the town’s Brandini Toffee lavishly dipped ice cream bars. For performance, clients will encounter a digitize art establishment, and live music entertainments will present an excellent background atmosphere.
