Heritage Park 

This beautiful and serene park in Irvine is great for family picnics. It’s located right next to Heritage Park Regional Library on the corner of Walnut and Yale. Baker Ranch Park

Atlantis Play Center 

If you’ve explored most of the parks in Orange County and are looking for something new, then head to the Atlantis Play Center in Garden Grove. This miniature park is tucked away at the end of a neighborhood cul de sac. You can host birthday parties here for a small fee of two dollars a person. This park has slides, trails, swings, and a splash pad for younger children. As an added safety feature, adults are not allowed to enter this park without a child. 

Tewinkle Park 

Looking for a peaceful park that isn’t too crowded? Tewinkle Park in Costa Mesa is just the place for you and your little ones. While right next to the 55 freeway, you wouldn’t know you’re in a city when you step into the park. There are streams, waterfalls, and a huge lake with geese and ducks. Bluebird Park 

When you’re looking for a kid-friendly park, you want something that’s enclosed and safe. Bluebird Park in Laguna Beach is exactly what you need! Split into a big kid’s playground and a little kid’s playground, your young ones can mingle with others their age. Plus, there is a spacious grass area and trail for bikes. One of the most admired features of the park is a 4-story rocketship slide. Let your kids work out their imagination and excess energy at this park. \
