‘Tis The Season to Celebrate Thanksgiving at Orange County

‘Tis the season to pause and give thanks for the bounty! Thanksgiving Day is a yearly reminder to focus on the positive and count our blessings. Celebrate this occasion by gathering at home with family or friends for a holiday dinner.

Kickstart at the 42nd Dana Point Turkey Trot

Commence your Thanksgiving Day with the 42nd annual Turkey Trot in the morning. Registered participants can walk, jog or run a 5K or 10K race as they enjoy the picturesque Dana Point Harbor and Doheny State Beach. Kids ages 4-12 can also join the fun during the Kids’ Gobble Wobble race. Enjoy special Thanksgiving menu items and prices at select restaurants in the harbor.

Let’s join hundreds of other walkers and runners for the 6th annual Turkey Trot OC 5K at the Village of Hope on Thanksgiving morning, November 28, at 8 am! Proceeds from the 5K provide meals for the hungry and homeless of Orange County, who have come to the Rescue Mission to overcome their homelessness.
