Virtual Events like Donuts with Santa are Great Things to Do in Orange County

For most of us, 2020 has been a difficult year. So now, with the winter season arriving, many people want to soak in as much holiday cheer as possible. This can be difficult given the fact that COVID safety regulations prevent our normal gatherings and celebratory events. However, many cities and businesses are learning to adjust and create new things to do in Orange County that are socially distant and safe. If you’re looking for a fun virtual event to celebrate the season with your kids, then look no further than the OC Mom Collective! This locally-focused group is organizing a YouTube LIVE event called Donuts with Santa. 

Donuts with Santa is a FREE event that will be held virtually on Saturday, December 5th, 2020 from 9:30 am to 11 am Pacific Standard Time. The OC Mom Collective has held this signature event for 5 years in a row and it’s an absolute hit! You can register for the online event on Eventbrite. Once you register, you will be sent a link to the OCMC YouTube and Facebook page. Participating families can live comment as Santa hosts a night of giveaways, cookie decorating, trivia, stories, and singing! 

Holiday events can be hard to find this year and many in-person events are being canceled due to concerns for safety. If you are looking for fun and safe things to do in Orange County, then sign up for the Donuts with Santa virtual event! Since this event is online, it guarantees social distancing and safety for all participants. Once families sign up for the event, they will be able to pick up an activity bag on December 3rd and 4th at a determined location. These bags will include all the resources you need for the online event, in which Santa will lead a cookie decorating activity, a grand prize giveaway, trivia games, stories from the North Pole, and caroling! The grand prize giveaway winner will be announced in mid-December. 

Enjoy Donuts with Santa from the comfort of your own home! The little ones will enjoy all the holiday activities with no need for wearing masks! You will enjoy sitting back, relaxing, and watching this pre-planned event unfold. The event is scheduled to last an hour and a half, starting at 9:30 in the morning and going until 11.
